Paintings are sold, unframed and without mats, for ease of shipping.
Do-it-yourselfers----The 10" x14" pieces, with a 3" mat will fit a standard 16" x 20" frame.
Work may be returned within 15 days, (in original condition) at buyer’s expense, for full refund, less the original shipping costs.
